Notes and conditions
Depending on the number of reservations, session tickets may be available on-site. Please inquire a few weeks before the event.
Note that the congress must follow all local regulations concerning the SARS-CoV2. We cannot foresee the regulations applying in September in Vienna. Because the situation is at present so unpredictable, you are strongly advised to attend the congress only if you are able to show proof of vaccination and are willing to wear a mask, in case these conditions are required to be enforced.
Registration conditions
The contract is concluded by the registration of the customer and the sending of the registration confirmation. The fee includes coffee breaks and drinks on Friday and Saturday. No catering service on Sunday.
Cancelations
Tickets canceled before May 31st are fully refundable. A refund of 50% applies to tickets canceled between June 1st and August 31st. No refunds after August 31st, 2022. Bookings of the congress dinner or the guided tour are fully refundable until August 31st. No refunds after that.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must return to you all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
If the service begins during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount after exercising your right of withdrawal. A reasonable amount is the amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to that point in time compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract. The decisive point in time is the time at which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.
